Paul Fenstermaker is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Philadelphia 76ers and the Senior Vice President of Legal at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment. With a career in the sports industry, they have extensive experience serving as both outside counsel and in-house counsel for various professional sports franchises.  

Previously, Paul held positions such as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at multiple organizations, including the New Jersey Devils and the Golden State Warriors. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law. Recognized for their effective communication and sound judgment, they act as a trusted advisor on a wide range of business and legal issues.
