Kaylah Hughes

Kaylah currently serves as senior director, football operations for the Big Ten Conference overseeing the planning and management of the Big Ten Football Championship Game and Big Ten Football Media Days. She also serves as a secondary liaison for Big Ten Basketball Media Days and the Big Ten Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments. Her previous stints include stops at College Football 150th Anniversary, Old Dominion University, and the Washington Commanders. A native of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Hughes earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in sport industry management from Georgetown University.
